AC/DC ranks among the biggest rock bands of all time. The PWR UP Tour filled stadiums across Europe with over 50,000 fans each. CupCycle was a proud partner for sustainable cup supply.
The scale was impressive: over 150,000 cups were needed per concert. Our logistics team planned weeks in advance to ensure smooth supply.
For the AC/DC concerts, a special robust cup design was developed that withstands the demands of a rock concert – stable, easy to hold and with cool band branding.
The collaboration with the stadium operators and tour management was exemplary. Everyone agreed: sustainability and rock'n'roll are not mutually exclusive. The deposit cups were enthusiastically accepted by the fans, and many took them home as souvenirs.
