Can we use our own design?

Yes. We offer pooled stock and branded event series depending on quantity and lead time.

Sale or rental?

Both are possible. Recurring organizers often combine purchase with seasonal rentals.

How fast can you deliver?

Depending on region and volume, even on short notice. For large events we recommend 4-8 weeks planning.

How much does it cost to rent reusable cups?

Costs depend on quantity, cup size, printing and rental duration. We are happy to prepare a non-binding quote for your event – from 500 cups onwards.

How many reusable cups do I need for my event?

As a rule of thumb, we plan 2–3 reusable cups per guest and pouring point. Our consultants calculate the exact quantity based on your attendance and number of bars.

Rent or buy reusable cups?

For one-off events we recommend renting including cleaning and logistics. Recurring organisers benefit from buying their own branded reusable cups – we are happy to advise you.
