Medieval rock meets sustainability: CupCycle accompanied the legendary castle tour of In Extremo across Germany.
The medieval rock band In Extremo is known for spectacular live shows at historic castles. For the 2024 castle tour, the band deliberately chose sustainable event catering.
CupCycle provided individually designed reusable cups for every stop of the tour. The special touch: each castle received its own design that reflected the respective location.
The logistical challenge was enormous – different locations, different terrain, changing visitor numbers. Our operations team planned every setup precisely and executed it flawlessly.
The tour was a complete success: fantastic atmosphere, enthusiastic fans and waste-free cup supply. In total, over 120,000 cups were put into circulation and collected again.
